Giftable Nails – Returns & Refunds

At Giftable Nails, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 30 days from the date your package is delivered. Below are the details of our Exchange & Return policy:


Preconditions for Exchanges & Returns

To qualify for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must remain unused, intact, in a re-sellable condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted for issues related to quality, size, or color.
  • Made to order items like press-on nails are not refundable as they are custom made for your nail size
  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Giftable Nails reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Exchanges

Giftable Nails’ Responsibility: Incorrect or Defective Order

If you receive an incorrect order (wrong item, color, or size) or a defective product with quality issues, please contact us with pictures of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a return to our warehouse for an exchange.

  • Giftable Nails will cover the shipping fees both ways (to and from our warehouse).

Customer’s Responsibility: Unwanted Items

If you want to exchange your item for a different size or color, we’re happy to assist. However, if you wish to exchange for a different item, please submit a return request and place a new order.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Exchange requests will be processed within 7 days.

Returns

Giftable Nails’ Responsibility: Incorrect or Defective Order

If you receive the wrong item, color, or size, or if your item has quality issues, please contact us with photos for verification. Once approved, you may return the item for a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping fees.

Customer’s Responsibility: Unwanted Items

If you decide you no longer want an item, you may return it, provided it is in re-sellable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Return and Exchange Process

  1. Email glow@giftablenails.com with the subject “Exchange and Return” and include your order number.
  2. Describe the issue with your item and submit your request with a photo.
  3. We will process your request promptly upon receipt of your message.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 to 12 business days upon receiving and inspecting your return at our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank or credit card account.
  • If your refund has not been received after two weeks, please contact us.
